GONG BATH

Dear locals and Florida Keys guests we are happy to announce and invite you to join Yoga Keys  GONG BATH Workshop with Michelle.

Please grace us with your presence and treat your soul through the holistic and deep vibrtions practices with certifiet facilitators on February 17th from 05:55PM to 7:00PM.

Take care of your mind, body and soul with the sound journey of Tibetan gongs. 

Gong baths provide deep relaxation and stress relief. The soothing sounds and vibrations produced by instruments can induce a state of calmness, helping to reduce anxiety, tension, and promote overall relaxation.

Included in our event:

• hot herbal tea
• oracle cards reading
• share and supportive circle

Provided for each participant:

• yoga mat
• pillow, blanket

THE EVENT SCHEDULE:

*Please arrive 10-15 min in advance, we start the event at 5:55 PM. Thank you.

5:40-50 PM - Welcome to Yoga Keys Gong Bath; our team will greet you at Yoga Keys white gate.

5:50 PM - Welcome speech and introductions. 

6:00 PM - Gong bath sound journey. 

7:10 PM - Oracle cards reading through the share and support circle.

*Free parking (contact us if you intend to arrive by water).

We are located on Flamingo Island, just off Sister Creek, a peaceful serenity surrounded by Mother Nature’s elements and more than 60 palm trees.

Please wear comfortable for you clothing and spmething to feel comfortable at our waterfront location in the evening.

We care for each of your needs. You just need to dedicate the time and attend our event.
