On February 27th at 6:00 PM, Yoga Keys will open its doors to introduce you to the holistic world through an informative speech and exploration of it and Sound Healing.Â
Our speaker and skilled instructor will then lead you on a journey of self-discovery and inner balance during a sound bath featuring Tibetan gongs, crystal bowls, and other ancient instruments.
Immerse yourself in a holistic approach to yoga that goes beyond the mat, empowering you to build a life filled with vitality, harmony, and peace.

Herbal tea, vegan desserts, and a bottle of water will be provided for each participant.

We are located on Flamingo Island, just off Sister Creek, a peaceful serenity surrounded by Mother Nature’s elements and more than 60 palm trees.
Please wear comfortable for you clothing and spmething to feel comfortable at our waterfront location in the evening.
