Service Description
Duration: 60 minutes | By appointment. Enter a soft, sacred hour of gentle restoration. In our quiet waterfront studio a certified & experienced Reiki practitioner will guide you into a relaxed, receptive state and channel healing energy to dissolve held tension, clear stagnant patterns, and invite subtle realignment of heart, mind, and body. As your nervous system asks to breathe, layers of stress melt and a calm, luminous space opens within. Each session culminates in a tender sound‑healing immersion with Tibetan gong, crystal bowls and ancient tonal instruments, whose vibrations weave through the body like warm light, deepening integration and carrying the subtle shifts into your field. You will be cradled on a cushioned mattress with blankets, pillows and offered fresh water so you can rest fully and return gently to the world. Allow this hour to be a quiet pilgrimage: a pause to remember your wholeness, to feel held, and to awaken toward greater ease and clarity.

Cancellation Policy
"Yoga Keys": Cancellation & Refund Policy. We understand that plans change. To be fair to students, teachers, and the studio, we maintain the following cancellation and refund policy. CANCELLATIONS BY STUDENTS: You may cancel or reschedule group class reservations via your account at www.yogakeyslife.com or by emailing info@yogakeyslife.com up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time. For special classes, events, workshops, for example: Yoga Brunch, 9D Breath Work, Paddle Board Yoga, Full and New Moon Events, Ecstatic Dance, Cacao Ceremony etc., cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours prior to the start time. If you cancel within the allowed window your class credit or payment will be retained according to the purchase terms you selected (class pass use, membership rules, or single-class purchase). LATE CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS: If you fail to cancel or reschedule before the deadline above, or if you do not attend (no-show), you will be marked as Late Cancelled and will be charged for the class or event. Late cancellation fees apply equally to workshop and event bookings unless alternative arrangements are approved in writing by the studio. STUDIO CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS: If "Yoga Keys" cancels a class, workshop, or event for any reason, you will be offered a full refund or studio credit. Refunds will be processed promptly to the original payment method when possible. EXTENSIONS & EXCEPTIONS: Memberships and multi-class plans are non-refundable. If you need an extension for a valid reason (medical illness/injury, relocation, or other verifiable circumstance), please contact info@yogakeyslife.com. Extensions are granted at the studio’s discretion and may require documentation. HOW TO REQUEST HELP: For cancellations, rescheduling, extension requests, or assistance, contact us at info@yogakeyslife.com or call/text 954‑988‑1771. We are happy to help you find the best solution. FINAL NOTES: Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to check in. Late arrivals may not be admitted after class begins and are still subject to standard cancellation/no-show terms.
