Service Description
A deeply restorative 1:1 or 1:2 session combining Sound Healing, Reiki, and Guided Meditation to reset the nervous system and rebalance energy. IMPORTANT: Each appointment may include up to two guests. You are welcome to attend solo or bring one guest at NO additional charge. Please indicate the number of attendees when booking so we can prepare the space accordingly. INCLUDES: - Intention setting - Guided meditation & breathwork (pranayama) with essential oils - Full sound healing journey (crystal bowls, Tibetan gong, free wave, ocean drums and other ancient instruments) - Reiki energy healing - Herbal Tea We begin with gentle breath work and a guided Yoga Nidra, anchored with pure essential oils to ground the mind and open the heart. After, enter a soft, sacred time of gentle restoration. Ena, a certified & experienced Reiki practitioner will guide you into a relaxed, receptive state and channel healing energy to dissolve held tension, clear stagnant patterns, and invite subtle realignment of heart, mind, and body. As your nervous system asks to breathe, layers of stress melt and a calm, luminous space opens within. Each session culminates in a tender sound healing immersion with Tibetan gong, crystal bowls and ancient tonal instruments, whose vibrations weave through the body like warm light, deepening integration and carrying the subtle shifts into your field. You will be cradled on a cushioned mattress with blankets, pillows and offered fresh water so you can rest fully and return gently to the world. Allow this time to be a quiet pilgrimage: a pause to remember your wholeness, to feel held, and to awaken toward greater ease and clarity. You are held in a safe, reverent container: mats, towels, blankets, and eye masks are provided, simply arrive and receive. Perfect for those seeking deep relaxation, mental clarity, and emotional release. Come to rest. Come to remember. Cancellation Policy
"Yoga Keys": Cancellation & Refund Policy. We understand that plans change. To be fair to customers, teachers, and the studio, we maintain the following cancellation and refund policy. CANCELLATIONS BY CUSTOMER: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment via your account at www.yogakeyslife.com or by emailing info@yogakeyslife.com up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. LATE CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS: If you fail to cancel or reschedule before the deadline above, or if you do not attend (no-show), you will be marked as Late Cancelled and will be charged for the appointment. STUDIO CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS: If "Yoga Keys" cancels an appointment for any reason, you will be offered a full refund or studio credit (your choice). Refunds will be processed promptly to the original payment method when possible. We are happy to help you find the best solution. FINAL NOTES: Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to check in. Late arrivals may not be admitted after time of service begins and are still subject to standard cancellation/no-show terms.
