Service Description
Experience the perfect blend of movement and stillness. Begin with a gentle yoga flow to release physical tension and open energy channels, then transition into a deeply restorative sound healing session. This powerful combination enhances flexibility, promotes deep relaxation, and leaves you feeling renewed and centered. IMPORTANT: Each appointment may include up to two guests. You are welcome to attend solo or bring one guest at NO additional charge. Please indicate the number of attendees when booking so we can prepare the space accordingly. DETAILS Includes: - Custom yoga practice (vinyasa / yin / stretch / all levels) - Guided meditation - Breath work with essential oils - Sound healing Savasana (20-30 min) - Oracle cards reading Join us for a session where you will surrender into asanas, cultivating mindfulness and releasing tension in body and mind. Conclude your practice with a serene Savasana intertwined with the peaceful vibrations of Tibetan gong and crystal bowls. Reconnect with your inner calm, unwind deeply, and depart feeling recharged and harmonized. *Looking for something more personalized? Cancellation Policy
"Yoga Keys": Cancellation & Refund Policy. We understand that plans change. To be fair to customers, teachers, and the studio, we maintain the following cancellation and refund policy. CANCELLATIONS BY CUSTOMER: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment via your account at www.yogakeyslife.com or by emailing info@yogakeyslife.com up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. LATE CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS: If you fail to cancel or reschedule before the deadline above, or if you do not attend (no-show), you will be marked as Late Cancelled and will be charged for the appointment. STUDIO CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS: If "Yoga Keys" cancels an appointment for any reason, you will be offered a full refund or studio credit (your choice). Refunds will be processed promptly to the original payment method when possible. HOW TO REQUEST HELP: For cancellations, rescheduling, extension requests, or assistance, contact us at info@yogakeyslife.com or call/text 954‑988‑1771. We are happy to help you find the best solution. FINAL NOTES: Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to check in. Late arrivals may not be admitted after time of service begins and are still subject to standard cancellation/no-show terms.
