Cancellation Policy
"Yoga Keys": Cancellation & Refund Policy. We understand that plans change. To be fair to customers, teachers, and the studio, we maintain the following cancellation and refund policy. CANCELLATIONS BY CUSTOMER: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment via your account at www.yogakeyslife.com or by emailing info@yogakeyslife.com up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. LATE CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS: If you fail to cancel or reschedule before the deadline above, or if you do not attend (no-show), you will be marked as Late Cancelled and will be charged for the appointment. STUDIO CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS: If "Yoga Keys" cancels an appointment for any reason, you will be offered a full refund or studio credit (your choice). Refunds will be processed promptly to the original payment method when possible.
