Service Description
Come home to your body and let the music be your map. Ecstatic Dance at Yoga Keys is an embodied, heart‑opening journey beneath the sky, an invitation to move without judgement, to shed stories through motion, and to remember the aliveness that lives in your bones. We gather on our warm, wooden waterfront deck as evening settles and the air softens. The ritual begins with a ceremonial cacao: a gentle, heart‑opening elixir to soften the chest, anchor presence, and invite soulful receptivity. With intention held, the space opens: lights dim, the playlist unfolds, and you are invited to move however your body knows: dance, sway, stomp, whisper, rest. There is no choreography, no right or wrong, only the medicine of free expression and the wisdom of your own impulse. What to expect: Cacao Ceremony: a short, reverent opening to honor the heart, set intentions, and invite deeper connection to self and community. Guided container: a certified, inspired facilitator holds the field, offering gentle prompts, breath cues, and guardianship so everyone can feel safe to explore. Freeform movement: music flows in waves, warm, primal rhythms, ecstatic beats, tender downtempo supporting release, catharsis, and joyful embodiment. Sound Healing Integration: we close with a restorative sound‑bath with Tibetan gong, crystal bowls, and ancient instruments that brings the nervous system into deep coherence and anchors the shifts created during the dance. We provide: - Comfortable headphones for silent‑disco format, clean towels, bottled water, and a safe, sacred deck space. - Certified, compassionate facilitation and a supportive, nonjudgmental community container. Who may attend: All are welcome. No dance experience is required, only a willingness to feel, move, and be present. The medicine of the practice: Ecstatic Dance frees stagnant energy, opens blocked places in the body, and reconnects you to your innate joy and aliveness. Moving without expectation dissolves fear and creates room for spontaneous insight, emotional release, and embodied celebration. The cacao deepens heart‑connections; the sound bath seals transformation with vibration. Step into the circle, let go of the shoulds, and remember the language of your body. Move until you are luminous, rest until you are whole, and leave held rooted, softened, and alight with the joy of simply being.

Cancellation Policy
"Yoga Keys": Cancellation & Refund Policy. We understand that plans change. To be fair to students, teachers, and the studio, we maintain the following cancellation and refund policy. CANCELLATIONS BY STUDENTS: You may cancel or reschedule group class reservations via your account at www.yogakeyslife.com or by emailing info@yogakeyslife.com up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time. For special classes, events, workshops, for example: Yoga Brunch, 9D Breath Work, Paddle Board Yoga, Full and New Moon Events, Ecstatic Dance, Cacao Ceremony etc., cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours prior to the start time. If you cancel within the allowed window your class credit or payment will be retained according to the purchase terms you selected (class pass use, membership rules, or single-class purchase). LATE CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS: If you fail to cancel or reschedule before the deadline above, or if you do not attend (no-show), you will be marked as Late Cancelled and will be charged for the class or event. Late cancellation fees apply equally to workshop and event bookings unless alternative arrangements are approved in writing by the studio. STUDIO CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS: If "Yoga Keys" cancels a class, workshop, or event for any reason, you will be offered a full refund or studio credit. Refunds will be processed promptly to the original payment method when possible. EXTENSIONS & EXCEPTIONS: Memberships and multi-class plans are non-refundable. If you need an extension for a valid reason (medical illness/injury, relocation, or other verifiable circumstance), please contact info@yogakeyslife.com. Extensions are granted at the studio’s discretion and may require documentation. HOW TO REQUEST HELP: For cancellations, rescheduling, extension requests, or assistance, contact us at info@yogakeyslife.com or call/text 954‑988‑1771. We are happy to help you find the best solution. FINAL NOTES: Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to check in. Late arrivals may not be admitted after class begins and are still subject to standard cancellation/no-show terms.
